Your signature on the Booking Form is your confirmation that you are medically fit and physically able to take part in this tour.
In the unlikely event that a participant is unable to cope with the walking requirements or any other part of the tour we reserve the right to require that the participant takes action at their own cost to ensure that the enjoyment of the tour by other participants is not lessened by their inability to participate

THE IRISH CONNECTION TOUR CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Exclusions from tour price: Domestic air fare, International Air, airport taxes and Government taxes, tipping of guides, drivers and hotel staff, laundry and dry cleaning, wine, liquors, mineral waters and meals not mentioned in the brochure under included features, travel insurance, personal and luggage insurance, and all items of a strictly personal nature are not included in the Tour price. If you wish, we will assist you in acquiring necessary air transportation, subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations by Registrant for any reason whatsoever where a Registrant transfers to the same tour but on a different date will be subject to a $100 per person transfer fee to cover our administrative costs. Any such transfer is subject to availability of places on the different date. The $250.00 deposit per person is non-refundable, is necessary to confirm the registrant's place on the tour and will be forfeited if Registrant cancels for any reason whatsoever and does not transfer to an available place on the same tour on a different tour date. Payment in full of the remaining balance is due as shown on the Reservation Form. The payment of the balance of the Tour price is absolutely non-refundable and British Connection, Inc. is not obligated to apply such payment to any other tour or date to which the Registrant may wish to transfer. In the event of major illness of the Registrant, their companion(s) or relatives or other similar difficulties making it impossible for the Registrant to make the tour reserved, and if this information is presented to us in writing with appropriate references, we will consider but will not guarantee allowing the Registrant and companion to travel at another time on a subsequent tour. If this is not possible, the fees paid will not be refundable. We seriously recommend that participants purchase trip cancellation insurance, which we offer.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU IMMEDIATELY YOU REQUEST IT. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection Inc. as set forth below.

BAGGAGE: For convenience, participants should limit themselves to one checked bag per person and one carry-on per person. The carry-on must fit completely under the aircraft seat. Excess baggage charges are not included in your trip price. The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection Inc. does not accept liability for any loss or damage to luggage or its contents during the tour. Insurance is available and is recommended.

DISCLAIMER: The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection Inc. acts only as agent for the suppliers of travel conveyance, transport, accommodation, meals, tourist sites or other service(s) and has no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, death, damage, or injury to person or property, or accident, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation, meals, tourist sites or other services or for any substitution of hotels or of common carriers, their equipment, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. RATES QUOTED ARE BASED ON TARIFFS AND EXCHANGE CURRENT AT THE TIME THE TOUR IS INITIALLY PRICED, AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES THEREIN AT OR BEFORE THE TIME OF DEPARTURE AS SET FORTH ABOVE. No revisions of the itinerary or its included features are anticipated. However, the right is reserved to make any changes, with or without notice, that might become necessary. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the trip, and should be insured by the participant. The right is retained to decline to accept or retain any person or persons as a member of this tour at any time, subject only to the requirement that the portion of the Tour price paid which corresponds to the unused services and accommodations be refunded to such person. If the entire tour is canceled by The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection, Inc. for any reason, Registrants shall have no claim other than for a full refund. By forwarding the deposit, the Registrant certifies that he/she has no physical, mental or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers, and agrees that he/she will conduct himself/herself while on the tour in a manner not offensive or constituting a nuisance to other tour participants.

Notices and Correspondence: Letters asking for information about cancellation or changes in tour registrations may be mailed to the address below or may be sent by email in the first instance to irishconnect@aol.com; provided the Registrant is responsible for confirming receipt of such email letters. Formal requests with supporting references, regarding cancellation or changes in tour registration must be sent by regular mail to the Cancellations Department, The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection Inc., PO Box 15495, Atlanta, GA 30333, USA.

NOTES FOR TOUR REGISTRANTS
Reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection, Inc. Your check will be returned if The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection, Inc. does not accept you reservation or if no places are available on the tour chosen unless you indicate a second choice, which is available. The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection, Inc. reserves the right to reject any reservation for any reason whatsoever

Reservations cannot be accepted without a completed Reservation form and check payment. Insurance information will be sent to you at your request by mail to the address above. Insurance is highly recommended. Registrants must either decline insurance by signing the form, accept our insurance offered or provide written evidence satisfactory to The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection that they have other adequate insurance. The Irish Connection a division of The British Connection, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a tour Reservation and retain the deposit if one of these three alternatives is not completed within 6 weeks of the start of the tour.

Final Payment is due at least 2 months before the start of the tour. If Final Payment is not made by that date, you may lose your deposit and Reservation on the tour.

Final Payment amount is the price shown on the itinerary less the deposit of $250.00, plus the single supplement if the Registrant is the single occupier of a room and if the tour has a single supplement. If no deposit has been paid, the Final Payment is the Price given on the Itinerary for the tour. Final Payment should be made by check to the address given above. The completed Reservation form must accompany the deposit or if no deposit is made, the Final Payment An acknowledgment of your deposit check payment will be sent to the address given, with confirmation of your place on the tour, subject to Final Payment of the amount due. An acknowledgment of your Final Payment will be sent to the address given, with contact information and hotel information. Some places may be available on certain tours after the 'deadline' for payments - please ask for information if you are interested in a 'late registration' ' Late Registration' Reservations are to be made in the same way as regular reservations, except that the Final Payment will be due in full upon Registration. The price as quoted in your itinerary is per person, based on double occupancy. The single supplement, if any, is shown separately. The price shown on the itinerary does not include air tickets for domestic USA air transportation or for transatlantic air transportation. You are responsible for all transportation costs from your home to your Hotel specified in the Itinerary. We reserve the right to increase the price of the tour if there is a currency fluctuation greater than 1% from the time the tour is priced. Any such price increase shall be limited to the actual increase in our cost due to the currency fluctuation.

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if this becomes necessary, either before or during the tour. Registrations with a Travel Agent

In the event that Tour Registrations and payments are made by a participant to his or her Travel Agent, the Travel Agent is required to ensure that the participant has read the Terms and Conditions and signs to confirm Agreement with the Tour Conditions. A participant may authorize the Travel Agent to sign on his or her behalf, provided that the participant has read and Agrees to be bound by the Tour Conditions.. The Travel Agent is required to ensure that the participant has appropriate travel insurance or that he or she has formally declined this opportunity and accepts the consequences. The Travel Agent is required to make deposit and final balance payments by Agency check to the address shown in the Tour Conditions for each Registered Participant.
